DUBAI, UAE — 17 July, 2026 — Navix AI today announced it has rebranded to Zavin. The platform, the team, and the mission are unchanged; only the name and identity have moved forward. Zavin remains the AI operating system for freight forwarders — automating the email, pricing, quoting, and shipment workflows that run global forwarding.

The company launched as Navix AI with a CRM built specifically for freight forwarding commercial operations. Since then, the platform has expanded well beyond its original CRM focus into a broader operating layer spanning RFQ quoting, email intelligence, rate intelligence, shipment management, and trade-data lead generation. The name Zavin reflects that broader identity going forward.

Nothing changes operationally for existing pilot partners and customers. Accounts, integrations with CargoWise and Magaya, and in-progress workflows carry over under the new name without interruption. The product continues to be built hands-on with forwarders processing live RFQ, email, and rate traffic daily.
