Zavin is the AI Operating System for freight forwarders. We are a fast-moving, AI-native team born out of the frustration of inbox chaos and manual spreadsheet dependency in the logistics industry. We give freight forwarders the speed and structure modern commerce demands by automating the email, pricing, quoting, and shipment workflows that run global forwarding.
Role Overview
As our Go-To-Market Lead, you will own the end-to-end sales strategy for Zavin. You'll be responsible for identifying high-intent Freight Forwarder partners, building our sales playbook from scratch, and closing our first 50 enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
- •Define and execute the Zavin go-to-market strategy for the mid-market freight segment.
- •Identify, prospect, and close early adopter customers and strategic partners.
- •Build the initial sales collateral, playbooks, and outreach sequences.
- •Work closely with product to relay market feedback and influence the roadmap.
- •Represent Zavin at industry conferences and logistics events worldwide.
Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in early-stage GTM, Sales, or Partnerships at a B2B SaaS company.
- •Deep understanding of the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain technology market.
- •Proven track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 in a niche industry.
- •Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell a vision to executive-level buyers.
