We give freight forwarders the speed and structure modern commerce demands by automating the email, pricing, quoting, and shipment workflows that run global forwarding.

Role Overview

As a QA Analyst at Zavin, you will ensure every feature we ship meets the mission-critical reliability standards that freight operations demand. You'll focus on validating both traditional software workflows and stochastic AI outputs.

What You'll Do

• •Design and execute comprehensive test plans for our core freight orchestration platform.
• •Build automated test suites for browser-based workflows using Playwright or Cypress.
• •Develop evaluation datasets to benchmark and validate AI agent accuracy.
• •Collaborate closely with engineering to identify and resolve edge cases in complex workflows.
• •Champion product quality and reliability across the entire development lifecycle.

Requirements

• •3+ years of QA experience in high-stakes web applications or SaaS platforms.
• •Experience with modern end-to-end testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress).
• •Systematic approach to testing and a deep eye for detail.
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
