The calculator multiplies your monthly file counts by WiseTech's published Value Pack example rates — roughly $19.95 for a full import container with an inland leg and $9.95 for a standalone import customs entry. Actual invoices depend on your shipment mix and agreement, so treat the output as a planning estimate and reconcile against three months of real invoices.

Why does the calculator include labor cost?

Because for most forwarders the human handling around each file — reading the email chain, hunting rates, typing quotes, re-keying bookings — costs more per file than the software fee. Comparing both lines on the same page shows the fastest offset available: automating the handling, which requires no TMS change.
